Stopped by for groceries and was impressed by the variety and quality of products available. The produce looked fresh, the meat selection was excellent, and there were plenty of unique items to choose from. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely be returning for both everyday groceries and specialty items.

I stopped here to pick up groceries for the week and found everything I needed. The produce looked fresh, and the meat selection was better than I expected. It was a little busy while I was there, but checkout moved along pretty quickly.

I absolutely love shopping at El Rancho in McKinney! The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has an amazing selection of fresh produce, meats, and authentic Hispanic groceries that you can’t find anywhere else. The prices are great, and the quality is always top-notch. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Heidy Leon — she is incredible! Heidy is always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I come through her line. She makes the checkout experience smooth, fast, and welcoming, and her positive attitude truly makes a difference. You can tell she really cares about the customers. Because of employees like Heidy, this El Rancho stands out as a place I love coming back to. Thank you for such great service and a wonderful shopping experience every time!

We have been regular customers of El Rancho for several years. However, it wasn’t until about one or two years ago that we also started eating there. Without meaning to, we’ve enjoyed the delicious food they offer to the community at very reasonable prices. We especially love the tacos, chicken, barbacoa, and menudo. The flavor is definitely excellent. The food is not greasy or overly salty, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality because the seasoning is incredible. The kitchen staff always treats us with kindness and great service. I especially want to recognize Andrea and Gloria, because they are truly wonderful. They work incredibly hard, they are patient, respectful, and always keep a positive attitude, even when dealing with difficult or rude customers. Their dedication and warmth make a big difference, and they deserve a lot of appreciation. I have never received a bad attitude from anyone there. On the contrary, they truly care that everything tastes great, and the portions are fair. They have a wonderful touch. At least at this location, the kitchen is amazing, and we neighbors are lucky to have a place like this here at El Rancho. Congratulations

The staff are truly amazing - they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout my shopping trip. It's rare to find such a dedicated and knowledgeable team. Not only did they assist me in finding all the items I needed, but they also went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out.
